The adventures of Mole, Ratty, Badger and Toad will be coming to life on the Quarry stage this Christmas, as director Ian Brown re-imagines THE WIND IN THE WILLOWS after his critically acclaimed production in 2003. Colin Richmond (ANNIE) designs this new staging of Alan Bennett’s adaptation of Kenneth Grahame’s family classic. This lively festive show is performed by a talented ensemble of 16 actor-musicians, joined by a supporting cast of 20 young people auditioned from across Yorkshire. Family audiences will be transported via car, train or horse-drawn caravan into the idyllic world of Grahame’s much loved characters, from the charming tranquillity of Ratty’s riverbank to the spectacular chaos of Toad Hall.
