Nearly 500 guests followed the white rabbit to the Ilkley Candlelighters’ Ball at Rudding Park Hotel, Harrogate, for an ‘Alice in Wonderland’ themed evening. The event raised more than £36,000 towards children’s cancer and leukaemia research at Leeds General Infirmary.
Drama students from Leeds City College dressed up as characters from Lewis Carroll’s famous Alice books to recreate ‘Wonderland’.
