Marco Pierre White
He has a temper hotter than Hell's Kitchen and a deserved reputation as an innovative and passionate chef. He has brought these values to two new restaurants here in the North West - the Swann Inn at Aughton near Ormskirk; and the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse and Grill at the Doubletree Hilton in Chester. Our camera was at the latter's launch party - given the location we thought about giving Marco a grilling...but instead asked him some rather gentle questions that encouraged him to explain why he was setting up shop in our part of the world.
